The name RiverRock for us signifies the concept of transformation. Located in beautiful West Michigan with its abundance of lakes, streams and rivers along with the full expression of the changing seasons, transformation seemed a fitting theme. The transforming power of water is all around us.

As the constant flow of water can smooth rough stone, so can consistent, solid leadership and organizational culture create a positive, dynamic and successful business. One that can drive real, sustainable change while creating the resiliency to weather changing market dynamics.

Predictive in the sense there is a way things work. We can leverage that to drive positive, sustainable change and that resiliency in an organization.

Possessing a background in leadership and leadership development in lean organizational environments has given me a solid foundation in individual and team development dynamics spanning my entire career.
